But I *like* seeing my name in a serif font.

Other than that, I see no problem with the nav links being sans-serif.

The login script will now make someone "not online" when they log out normally. I'm not sure how the bug was triggered, so this may or may not be a fix. Which may become totally irrelevant because... wait for it...

There won't be a lockout period anymore. I figured out a way to make LORD quit the way it's supposed to when you suddenly disconnect, so the player data doesn't get ruined. This is set up in the Special realm now - you should be able to just disconnect and then login again without any problem. (finally, right?) I'll add it to the other 3 realms if it ends up working.

I got disconnected in Special yesterday or today and it took five minutes to let me back in because it still listed me as being online. However, the fix was a lot faster than it used to be.

Blasted WiFi connection. BAH.

Where were you being told that you're still online? Was it in LORD or during the login?

I would very much like to have certain forums to not count towards post count.

Any posts made to these should not add to post count.
Posts moved from forums that don't add to post count into forums that do, should add to post count accordingly.
Posts moved from forums that allow post count into forums that do not, should subtract from post count accordingly.
Posts deleted from forums that don't add to post count should not subtract from post count.
Resynchronizing statistics (via admin panel) should take into account these forums and not count those posts towards the resynched totals.

That's a lot of digging through phpBB's sloppy code. If you can find an addon like we had before, I'll be happy to install it. Otherwise, changing it manually would have to be a lower priority than a few other things.

I was wondering, if someone had time, if the image formatting issue could be resolved. I don't know what would be involved, but whenever we post large pictures, they just get cut off, which isn't very fun.

It's not polite to post large pictures in a forum. They tend to blow out the margins and formating. Also, not everyone has broadband.

+1 Logos.

I thought the proper tool to keep the images from getting cut off was the image/size command in Photoshop :P

Almost every image viewer/editor has some function to resize images. Even easy enough for Ladylord to figure out.

If you have WinXP, a great little program (from the Microsoft XP Powertoys collection) is Image Resizer - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Down ... rtoys.mspx

One of the best image viewers out there is IrfanView - http://www.irfanview.com/

Best of all, both are FREE. My favorite price for software... :)!

Or just dump them on imageshack, which can give you a thumbnail view that links to the image, if they are really large images.

Anything large enough to break h-scroll is something I'd prefer not to be posted directly.

That's right -- I believe Imageshack.us defaults to resizing images to 640x480, though you can select different resolutions if you wish.

Note that their resize actually resizes the image (it doesn't automatically check it by default). If the image needs to be full size, just upload it without resize and use the first forum link code it gives you. That'd give a tiny thumbnail that'll be clickable to view the whole thing.
