This is what I have written down in my psuedocode thread based on disassembly of the game code:

if playerData.gender = 5 && playerData.kids > 3 && playerData.lays > 13 && playerData.married < 0 && player not married to Seth) then
  call Seth_Sends_Gold //1 in 5 chance that seth writes an encouraging mail and gives +level*kids*1000 gold (writes it to mail###.dat)
endif

So 'more than 3' is what I should have said in that post, rather than '3 or more'

Btw, anyone who has a simulator can feel free to do any or all the remaining forest monsters. I never actually finished that. The odds are complete through level 7 and part of level 8. The monster stats (which are available on the forest monster page) are on the individual monster pages through level 6, so anyone can help fill those in for levels 7-12.
